On August 27, 2026 in New York City, Joyce Kay Avila presented at an Open Data Science Conference (ODSC) AI Skils Accelerator event. The title of the presentation was “Building a Unified Workspace Across Enterprise Data”.
This event was supported by the Snowflake Community Voices program which is a program designed to amplify the voices of Data Superheroes and Streamlit Creators.
About the session:
Organizations are rapidly enabling their teams to operationalized AI using governed data from multiple sources. However, most knowledge workers and business analysts can’t afford the friction of protracted engineering projects or complex orchestration framework. The session demonstrated how Snowflake CoWork, powered by the no-code Snowflake CoCo experience, can become a unified “front door” to enterprise data spanning Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake Marketplace listings, native Snowflake tables, and large unstructured files.

Joyce walked through the design of a CoWork space that brought together customer profiles and engagement signals from Salesforce Data 360, third-party enrichment data from Marketplace, and internal fact tables in Snowflake, while also incorporating uploaded documents and other unstructured assets. Attendees saw how to declaratively describe data sources, define guardrails, and expose AI-driven workflows without writing traditional application code.
Wrapping Up
At the end of the session, participants had a concrete blueprint for delivering a no-code, agentic workspace where business users can ask complex questions, trigger guided actions, and collaborate on decisions across Salesforce Data 360, Marketplace data, internal Snowflake assets, and unstructured content. Importantly, we learned how all of this can be achieved without sacrificing governance, performance, or architectural integrity.
